In a traditionally conservative industry, we wanted to get noticed and set Cleartrust up for the future. Taking on a unique look and feel that differentiates Clear Trust from their corporate competitors. The organic, flowing designs communicate CT’s friendly, approachable nature, with a consistent, memorable colour scheme reinforcing their reliability and professionalism.

Application Made Easy

Modern consumers want to be informed before they jump into a big commitment, but they also want it to be fast and easy to accomplish their goals. With that in mind, we crafted the site around a step-by-step layout.

First, visitors can see what types of mortgages are available, so they know what service they’re looking for. Next step, they can use our calculator to get a rough feel for what they can afford. Armed with this knowledge, they can take the final step of contacting CT to start their application. The process allows jumping ahead, so experienced clients can bypass the first two steps and get right to the application.

We created a new back-end software for Clear Trust’s brokers, designed around their specific needs, ensuring it would surpass the functionality of off-the-shelf software.

Notifications and reminders streamline communications between clients and the brokerage, and ensure the process goes smoothly. The tool also helps CT coordinate their Vancouver and Toronto teams, providing a single source of truth no matter where in the world the broker is located.
